About Us

Established in 1974, this year marks our 52nd year of helping the people of Anne Arundel County and Maryland learn about their ancestors and heritage. Our extensive collection of genealogical reference material is housed at the Kuethe Library in Glen Burnie and is open to the public.

Connect with fellow genealogists through our Facebook Group!

The Anne Arundel Genealogical Society (AAGS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you have an interest in genealogy, explore our website, attend our meetings, and become a fully participating member.
