An August 14, 1895 deed JCB3, f. 265 indicates William and Ellen Wade set aside one-half acre for the burial ground.
An August 14, 1909 deed to Jacob Rugel, GW 53, f. 429 mentions one-half acre cemetery.
December 17, 1954 liber 889, pages 67-68 mentions a one-quarter acre graveyard, and page 70 gives a map of the property re-surveyed in December 1949 by James D. Hicks.
