The cemetery is not referenced in current deeds but is shown on the Anne Arundel Co. Plat Map 11585-11586 dated 1999/09/24 ( MSA S1235-7433, p. 2) with the description given as “Marzolfs View”. The plat map shows the location of the cemetery and contains a note which reads “Private road note located on Sheet 1 of 2 regarding pedestrian access to the cemetery lot.” |
